Mantophryne louisiadensis (Parker, 1934) |
Mantophryne louisiadensis is a species of frog in the Microhylidae family. It is thus far only known to be endemic to Rossel Island, Papua New Guinea. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests. Although information regarding the species is extremely sparse, it is not considered threatened or endangered; its seemingly only habitat of Rossel Island is relatively undisturbed and well-covered by primary rainforest.
